Our service team is the main point of contact for all commercial insurance clients when they need to report or follow up on claims, or when a scenario occurs that could potentially lead to a claim. We advocate on behalf of the client to ensure they are paid what they are owed when a claim occurs. In addition, we perform claims history reviews, estimates experience modification ratings, attends loss control inspections, and provides safety resources to clients.
